To ensure freedom and convenience for our guests, we offer an online check-in assistant, allowing guests to check in anytime before arrival without scheduling a specific time or scanning their documents on-site. Additionally, they can order and pay for extra services online. Our AI assistant is available 24/7 to answer all their questions about the villa, nearby attractions, and provide user manuals for all in-house devices(e.g. sauna, coffee machines, WiFi code).
